Pastor Jim Groves. Jim served 26 years in the U.S. Navy, retiring in 1997. In that same year he was ordained as a pastor, fulfilling a God-given purpose he had sensed for a lifetime. After serving four years on staff with a local church, Jim realized that his real passion was more focused. He found he had a heart for seeing people experience real time freedom and healing through Jesus, as he had himself had been experiencing. This motivated Pastor Jim to complete extensive training on assisting others in their healing, resign his staff position and create Journey Ministries of Central Florida. He has been married to his wife, Debbie, since 1972 and has two adult children, Mike and Danielle.
Pastor Rudy Gervais. Rudy accepted Jesus as his personal Savior at 18 years of age and within a few years he knew God was calling him into full time ministry. It was during his seminary years that it became clear the area in which God wanted him to serve. He was ordained as a pastor and served as a pastoral counselor at a local church. Almost eight years later God opened the door to begin working at Journey Ministries. Pastor Rudy has always been passionate about seeing people set free from past issues in their lives so the transition to Journey Ministries was an easy one. Rudy and his wife, Debbie, have been married since 1972 and have two grown children, Dena and Andy.
Pastor Randy Hofheins. After seminary graduate studies in counseling, Pastor Randy served on the staff of two churches in the Southeast and then as Dean of Students at Southeastern Bible College, Birmingham, AL for 5 years. Since the preteen era of his life Randy has been drawn to minister to people in need. That inclination increased as the Holy Spirit ministered within him over time. Since 1999 he has dedicated most of his time to sitting with people in their pain while the Lord administers His truth and peace to them in life-transforming ways. Randy Hofheins has been married to Becky Austin Hofheins since 1983. They are parents to Caleb, Kara and Alyssa
Betty Horn. Betty is a very special lady with an extraordinary testimony of how Jesus Christ can radically change a life. With a heart full of His love and a desire to see others walk in deeper relationship with God, Betty has made herself readily available to facilitate ladies on the initial steps of their journey to freedom in Christ. She lightheartedly comments that she will retire when she gets to heaven; until then there is much for her to do. She and her husband, Jim, are longtime residents of Orlando.
